Requirements
- proven experience in IT delivery management
- strong understanding of complex change processes and requirements gathering
- excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- ability to manage billing and time effectively
- familiarity with JIRA for project tracking
- certifications in SCRUM and PRINCE methodologies are desirable
- previous experience in a software background is required
