  • dealing with secret commissions claims from inception to completion comprising of broker loans, plevin and motor finance
  • reviewing documents
  • calculating claim values
  • drafting court documents and letters and complying with directions
  • liaising with Court and Defendants
  • preparing witness statements
  • instructing experts where needed
  • advising client of settlement offers

Requirements

  • experience in Plevin/Undisclosed commission/motor finance claims is essential
  • A good understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation procedure
  • attention to detail and communication skills
  • driven, articulate and looking to progress
  • consumer credit claims: 2 years
  • consumer credit claims: 1 year
