Requirements
- excellent communication skills. Be able to make wine recommendations to clients
- at least one years experience in working in a bar setting with the ability to operate without supervision after training
- A good knowledge of wine and ideally WSET level 2 or level 3 plus a willingness to expand your wine horizons and learn about other wine products
- serving: 1 year
- strong work ethic - as a small wine bar everyone pitches in with all tasks when busy from clearing glasses to pouring glasses of grand cru wines
- while your role will be mainly front of house, if we're busy everyone is expected to help in the smooth-running of the bar
- responsible attitude - once trained you will be expected to open or close the wine bar on some evenings following internal safety and cleaning protocols
