Requirements
- proven track record as a successful negotiator in the estate agency sector
- proven track record as a successful negotiator in the real estate sector
- in-depth knowledge of property market trends, local areas, and relevant regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
