Responsibility
- be familiar with and adhere to the health and safety policy
- assist new Staff in their duty and participate in orientation
- department of Health guidelines
- report any accident or untoward occurrence to the Management and enter, in writing, in appropriate logbook
- contracts and Monitoring Departments
- attend all relevant meetings, care reviews, clinics etc
- to ensure that the Home is well maintained, clean and tidy and properly heated and all breakage/damage etc are reported and ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order
- show due regard for the health and safety of residents and report any potential health and safety hazards
