Responsibility
- overtime is paid at 1.5 x basic rate with uncapped earnings a reality. Average earnings £60K
- delegate daily workload to mobile and workshop staff
- provide effective communications with customers
- supervise your team to ensure quality and high standards of work
- training courses with OEM and 3rd party suppliers will be provided following a successful probabtion period
- use the business management tool to effectively plan and process the workflow
- you will need to be a time served / qualified candidate. Welding skills and HGV Driving License desirable but not essential
- as a HGV Technician with Conway Commercials Ltd you will be expected and trusted to maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles to the highest standards
