Responsibility

  • implementing & executing the clubs sales strategy to hit highly achievable monthly targets
  • responsible for the growth of monthly turnover
  • provide monthly club and sales reviews to the Sales Director & business owners
  • day-to-day management of your team of sales/membership advisors
  • promoting and representing the brand by generating awareness of the club within the local catchment area
  • A secondary responsibility, assisted by the assistant manager, for the customer enquiry management process & general club maintenance
