Responsibility
- provide support during both internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available
- perform daily scheduled bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
- cashflow control and monitoring
- maintain the company’s accountancy software systems and to ensure all client and supplier records are kept up to date
- conduct expenditure reviews to reduce unnecessary spend and minimise spend as needed
- assist in the management of accounts receivable, follow-up on overdue accounts, and processing of incoming payments
