- location: Hybrid , with occasional site work required. Commutable from Manchester, Huddersfield, Oldham, Halifax, and Rochdale
- team Leadership: Manage and mentor small teams of engineers, fostering their growth and skill development
- development Methodologies: Apply a range of software development processes and life cycles, including 'V-model' and Agile, as appropriate for each project
- project Delivery: Lead the development and execution of software and hardware projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- process Enhancement: Drive the evolution of our processes and procedures. Develop code reuse libraries, design patterns, frameworks, and developer tools to optimize efficiency and maintainability
Requirements
