Responsibility
- respond quickly to Inbound enquiries
- read Bills of Materials and have a basic understanding of mechanical drawings
- complete costing estimations based on the enquiries submitted to us
- communicate confidently with new and existing customers
- identify and source electronic components based on information supplied by customers
- prepare quotations within agreed parameters
- follow up quotations in a timely manner
- maintain the Hubspot Database for customer records and enquiries
Requirements
- to be considered for this position we are looking for someone with minimum 1 year procurement experience with negotiation skills
- ideally experience with Sage manufacturing, someone comfortable speaking to customers and suppliers with excellent telephone manner
- we are looking for a team player with good communication and negotiation skills are required
- demonstrating a calm and pleasing manner when under pressure
- the ability to read and understand technical documentation including drawings will be highly advantageous
- electronic experience is not essential, but a manufacturing background is desirable
