Responsibility

  • manage Contino training plans
  • creating training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives
  • keep records/reports of training for staff development and success of training initiatives
  • own the training supplier relationships and management
  • develop and implement L&D strategy to support the business growth plans
  • oversee the L&D budget - both on a business and individual level
  • partner with other areas of the business to offer appropriate L&D advice
  • work with VP People to Identify and implement a wide range of training
