- extending invitations to potential prospects, ensuring their active participation in events and meetings
- demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities to handle all necessary steps involved in the business development process
- managing the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
- overseeing order processing, from entry to payment, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
Requirements
- proven experience in business administration/sales administration or similar
- an understanding of the IT industry and sales processes would be advantageous
- strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency in using CRM systems and other business software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
