Responsibility
- we are looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our growing team
- at Container Hire Services Ltd we specialise in the hire and sale of storage containers, site accommodation and welfare units
- we deal with a wide range of customers both locally and nationwide
- we are part of The CHS Container Group, with a global network of depots
- provide first class customer service
- prepare hire contracts, sales notes, quotations and any other necessary correspondence
- handle and record customer enquiries
- follow up quotations and enquiries
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- able to multitask and prioritise workload
- effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- previous experience in the hire industry is preferred
- customer service: 1 year
