- exceed and grow business by hitting targets which are in place on a quarterly basis. This includes sales target, new account target & lunch & learn target
- appointment taking and diary management at the clinic - for several clinicians with different appointment types across different clinics and clinic rooms
- responsible for the annual renewal of all Benefits across the group, making recommendations where required to ensuring alignment with market practice and company values

- achieve the product sales objectives and territory turnover targets by promoting and selling a range of products and services to new and existing customers in accordance with the Company’s strategy
- coordinate training activities for target customers and their support staff on the full range of products, including technical, audiological and business practice training

- establish risk acceptance criteria for individual residual risks and the overall residual risk for specific devices in development and for legacy devices
