Responsibility

  • initial estimates and appraisals of new projects
  • overseeing the tendering process on projects
  • setting up and finalising the official project budget
  • completing incoming and outgoing project cashflows
  • ongoing commercial management - completing monthly CVRs, monthly cashflows and undertaking budget v actual variance analysis
  • measure and value the work done on site
  • manage payment certs, critically assess values and manage disputes
  • liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, technical and land teams

Requirements

  • suitable qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • experience of residential new build construction projects
  • experience of managing multiple live projects simultaneously
  • proficiency of project cashflows
  • experience of estimating is appealing
  • must be a proactive and motivated
  • strong computer literacy
  • quantity Surveying: 5 years
