- provide a proactive and timely service to clients
- support the claims handlers / technicians in their administrative duties
- communicate with loss adjusters, insurers, clients, and other relevant parties where necessary
- set up new claims using company software system and maintain claim files. Distribute information to appropriate individuals when required
- processing new insurance claim notifications; by telephone, email, and insurer portals
- inputting and updating claims data on internal system
