  • provide a proactive and timely service to clients
  • support the claims handlers / technicians in their administrative duties
  • communicate with loss adjusters, insurers, clients, and other relevant parties where necessary
  • set up new claims using company software system and maintain claim files. Distribute information to appropriate individuals when required
  • processing new insurance claim notifications; by telephone, email, and insurer portals
  • inputting and updating claims data on internal system
  • produce and maintain spreadsheets
