- confidence in talking to clients in detail about digital products and services available to them
- an understanding of the legal market and services provided by lawyers/solicitors
- excellent phone manner and be happy dealing with people on the phone and over Zoom or Teams
- suiteCRM or another CRM system
Responsibility
- actively increasing clients’ monthly/annual spend by identifying opportunities to sell additional services and products where appropriate
- establishing an understanding of a client’s website and wider marketing objectives
- building and maintaining a high-level relationship with our clients based on the level of service they are contracted for
- these reviews will be held remotely or in person at our clients’ offices
- discussing changes to client’s websites and advising on best practice approaches
- advising clients on how to get the best out of their website (e.g
- marketing campaigns and techniques)
- handling the day-to-day management of client accounts, including; scheduling and conducting review meetings with clients, including documenting and sending minutes the same day
