• we are looking for a Sous Chef or good Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly and energetic team, we run different menus - from canapes, bowl food, finger buffet menus to fine dining style
• controlling portions size according to menu specification
• to be fully aware of all the Health and Safety at Work regulations in accordance with current legislation

Requirements

• previous experience in Events or Business Catering is preferred
• chef: 4 years
• cooking: 4 years

Responsibility

• the work includes serving food, serving drinks, setting up bars, laying tables, clearing away, loading vans and washing up
• we pay between £9.00 an hour and £12.50 an hour depending on your experience
