about the role
to lead and manage the Payroll team, setting clear objectives, KPI’s and SLA’s and monitoring performance against these targets
the successful applicant will ensure that a comprehensive service is offered to all internal and external customers of the function
building relationships with internal departments in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service provision
relationship management with external bodies, including HMRC and pension schemes, internal and external auditors
the postholder will provide an efficient, effective and proactive Payroll service to all internal and external customers, working collaboratively with cross College functions, including the People & Development team

as the Student Bursary and Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support to our students, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed
