- salary Details – £33,469.92 – £35,496.26 per annum
- about the role
- to lead and manage the Payroll team, setting clear objectives, KPI’s and SLA’s and monitoring performance against these targets
- the successful applicant will ensure that a comprehensive service is offered to all internal and external customers of the function
- building relationships with internal departments in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service provision
- relationship management with external bodies, including HMRC and pension schemes, internal and external auditors
- the postholder will provide an efficient, effective and proactive Payroll service to all internal and external customers, working collaboratively with cross College functions, including the People & Development team
