to build on our success we are looking to expand our teams by recruiting a Technical Administrator, where you will become part of a fast paced, forward-thinking team who thrive on providing an excellent experience to all our clients
the role is varied, involving the coordination of many tasks within the Technical Department to ensure the smooth delivery of our multi utility operation
we are looking for someone who has great attention to detail with strong organisation skills, who is willing to adapt and support new tasks as the business develops

Requirements

minimum 2 years experience working as a coordinator
minimum 2 years experience working in a project coordination / project administration role
ability to work independently and be able to prioritise tasks and allocate work
act as a document controller, saving drawings and documents in accordance with our systems and processes
strong communication and interpersonal skills
coordinate legal process and utilities connection requests
maintain asset register
assist with the coordination of the design process from contract award through to construction
