- working closely with health colleagues in the Westminster Older Adults CMHT based in Vauxhall Bridge Road
- cover vacant post in the Mental Health Wellbeing Team North based at the Petersfield Centre Harold Hill
- we have a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and offer free parking at the office

- you will also receive regular supervision and reflective practice to support you in your role within the team
- there is an in-house mental health service working to support Social Work teams with direct work

Requirements
- degree in Social Work or CQSA, Dip SW, CSS
- ability To Communicate Effectively Both Orally & In Writing To A Wide Range Of People
