Responsibility
- protect company interests in all aspects of Leasing, including performing lease review, verification & finalization
- review and approve the annual business plan, leasing plan, capital programme and operating budgets for each asst
- coordinate analytical support work/pro-formas/return analyses with Development, Property Management and or Leasing personnel
- operates the real estate department and budget while managing, developing and motivating staff
- drives best practices and standardization in real estate and provides construction support, in coordination with operational leadership and facilities management
- manage the asset management, leasing and / or on-site property management teams, in order to maximize the value of the investment
- fields all incoming real estate location inquiries, suggestions and requests regarding new prospective locations and assigns as applicable
- negotiate and approve leasing proposals and capital expenditures throughout the course of the year monitor the cash flow from the investment
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- proven experience as a Real Estate Manager or similar role
- strong financial planning and analysis skills
- knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
