- to liaise with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth running of all events
- solve problems that arise during the event, independently
- ensure the bar is stocked with supplies prior to an event
- maintain a safe work environment
- maintain a clean bar
- to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness in the cellar and bar to include pipes, bar area, glasses, shelves and glass washing area
- taking responsibility for stock management and ordering and minimising stock wastage
- grow the business by networking and developing our social media presence
