Working hours

Responsibility

  • dealing with customers over the phone and/or trade counter sales
  • answering customer enquiries and providing technical support
  • processing orders and raising PO’s on Sage 50
  • establishing and maintaining good customer relationship
  • area: London
  • the role will also involve targeting and contacting prospective trade customers
  • job Type: Full Time
  • provide support to rest of sales team

Requirements

  • must have good PC skills, experience in Sage 50 would be advantageous
  • ability to deal with trade customers face to face, and over the phone
  • individuals must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • have a confident and outgoing nature, strong problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • previous experience or training in TV, Aerial, Satellite, Networking or related industry is preferred
