Responsibility
- understand and manage the technical design risks associated with the project
- able to interpret and critique detailed design packages
- strong experience working with architects, theming suppliers, technicians, theatrical producers and contractors
- comfortable handling CAD design and construction information such as AutoCAD DWGs, Revit models, and BIM
- able to mark up and manage design and construction documents to provide clear feedback
- coordinate with the technical teams to ensure the right resources, skills, and expertise are available when needed
- lead and coordinate production teams or contractors both locally and remotely
- scout, vet, assign and manage freelance and contract talent
Requirements
- experience using project management tools and creating Gantt charts, status updates, RACI Matrix, or similar project materials
- experience working in an active construction job site, UK and/or international
- experience producing or project managing interior design, themed entertainment, theatrical or digital based projects
- experience in both Agile and Waterfall-based methodologies
- ability to collaborate with team of creatives, technologists, artists, developers, writers, designers, and producers
- demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results
- strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
- strong organizational skills
