Responsibility

  • ensure all HR data is accurate and stored appropriately. Be responsible for data management of all HR systems
  • lead on restructuring across the Company, ensuring the process is legally complaint and follows Company policy
  • responsible for offer letters, contracts, change to terms and conditions when required
  • ensure new starter induction arrangements are made in advance
  • oversee pre-employment training arrangements and completion
  • provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of HR practices
  • ensure entries on the Single Central Record are accurate, up to date and maintained in line with national guidelines for the sector
  • liaise with the Companies legal provider and external HR consultants where appropriate
