Responsibility
- processing supplier invoices, obtaining approval and liaising with queries
- verification and processing employee expenses and credit card expenditure
- prepare payment runs for suppliers and employee expenses
- process journal entries in SAP
- reconcile banking, payroll taxes and notes payable at month end
- review and clear not required freight provision in SAP on a monthly basis
- master data creation and maintenance in SAP for vendors and customers
- maintain BS GL accounts by clearing entries regularly
Requirements
- accounts payable
- ERP systems
- AAT, Accounts Payable or equivalent qualification by experience
- prior experience in similar role and in SAP or other ERP
