prepare and discuss the final account for projects
prepare monthly Cost Value Reports, both internal and external
preparing high quality tender documentation including Bills of Quantities, Schedule of Works and measurement using computer technology. Negotiating contract sums as necessary
your role will be mainly office based, so ability to commute to Ipswich is required
visits to site where required
