Responsibility
- operate and maintain spray equipment to apply coatings to various surfaces
- prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- mix and prepare paint or other coatings according to specifications
- apply coatings evenly and efficiently to achieve desired finish
- monitor and adjust spray equipment settings as needed
- ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during spraying process
- clean and maintain spray equipment after use

Requirements
- previous experience as a sprayer or in a similar role preferred
- familiarity with different types of coatings and their application techniques
- ability to interpret and follow instructions and specifications
- strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes
- physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- painting: 5 years
