Responsibility

  • door staff are paid weekly, with above average rates depending on role & experience
  • applicants must be smart, professional, experienced & confident. Strong communication skills are also a must
  • be alert to the safety and security of the building, staff & customers while remaining approachable and professional
  • ID & bag searches when necessary
  • conduct regular patrols providing a visual presence
  • liaising with venue management & relevant emergency services/authorities
  • concept Security Solutions are currently looking for additional DS staff to join already existing teams in Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. This will be for Friday & Saturday nights initially, as well as some extra event nights occasionally
  • completion of relevant logs & recording of all incidents and relevant observations
