- submit completed mortgage applications for appraisal from lenders
- act as point of contact between lender underwriting departments and clients
- conduct a final review of the file before to ensure all compliance documentation is present
Requirements
- proven experience as mortgage processor administrator or similar position
- understanding of mortgage underwriting and processing procedures
- knowledge of legislation and best practices
- proficient in mortgage sourcing computer software
- outstanding communication and customer service skills
- excellent attention to detail
- well-organized and able to handle pressure
