Responsibility

  • manage the lettings process from start to finish, including advertising, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and move-in/move-out procedures
  • conduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with information about available properties
  • ensure compliance with current laws and regulations throughout the lettings process
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lettings activities
  • collaborate with property owners to determine rental rates and develop marketing strategies
  • handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly
  • conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance

Requirements

  • 3 years letting experience and previous property management
  • strong administrative and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of current laws and regulations pertaining to lettings
  • proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
