  • produce and issue invoices in line with applications produced by the project team
  • process annual DBS Checks for all staff
  • organise occasional meetings and events
  • liaise with external suppliers including IT support contacts and others
  • answer main phoneline queries
  • organising employee interviews and induction plans for new starters with directors support
  • support management where necessary
