overseeing raising purchase orders
overseeing keeping internal purchasing systems up to date of fabrics purchased
overseeing keeping a record of deliveries both into the office and our workrooms
overseeing placing orders with our suppliers
overseeing checking/chasing that fabric has been delivered in a timely manner, so not to slow down production
overseeing preparing goods and materials for the installation team
compiling data upon request
there will be a requirement to get ‘stuck in’ and move deliveries and boxes around our warehouse
Requirements
to be part of a team delivering our bespoke products to some of the most iconic hotels and venues in London
this is a fast paced environment handling multiple projects at a time, of a 5\* star calibre
this role will report directly to the Operations Manager
