Responsibility
- overseeing raising purchase orders
- overseeing keeping internal purchasing systems up to date of fabrics purchased
- overseeing keeping a record of deliveries both into the office and our workrooms
- overseeing placing orders with our suppliers
- overseeing checking/chasing that fabric has been delivered in a timely manner, so not to slow down production
- overseeing preparing goods and materials for the installation team
- compiling data upon request
- there will be a requirement to get ‘stuck in’ and move deliveries and boxes around our warehouse
Requirements
- to be part of a team delivering our bespoke products to some of the most iconic hotels and venues in London
- this is a fast paced environment handling multiple projects at a time, of a 5\* star calibre
- this role will report directly to the Operations Manager
- A new opportunity has arisen for a well organised ‘switched on” team player within our Commercial Interior Soft Furnishing Company, based in South London
