  • A Compliance Manager opportunity is currently available within a rapidly growing tech consultancy based in London
  • the role is split and will be 80% Contract Compliance and 20% Operations Compliance
  • you will oversee placement approvals for contractors, consultants and permanent conversions and their documentation
  • liaising with teams across the business, the ideal candidate should possess the following experience
  • reporting to the Chief of People and Compliance Officer, as a manager your role will be to ensure company-wide compliance as well as overseeing office facilities
  • knowledge of ISO certifications 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301
  • you will be the escalation point for any complex contracts or queries, regularly reviewing contracts and scheduling changes to ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with any changes in employment law
  • previous line management experience
