- manage infringement case through engagement, negotiations, and completion to regularisation/compliance of unauthorised users
- to support and inform existing training programs and contribute to the training and skills development strategy of license compliance team members and relevant partners in investigation and intelligence management
- lead Complex Investigations: Oversee the management of complex license compliance cases, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and effective resolution pathways for clients
Requirements
- may need to travel when it is necessary and appropriate to the circumstances of the need
- educated to a bachelor’s degree level is preferred by not required
- experience within the last three years of conducting complex investigations and/or managing investigations by others into criminal or civil matters, which may include escalation to litigation or prosecution
- able to attend at head office in Cardiff for initial training, and as needed thereafter
- may need to work unusual hours on occasions where it is necessary and appropriate to the circumstances

- pay: £37,500.00-£43,500.00 per year
