we are currently looking for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our team at our Complete Roofing & Services Ltd Head Office in Warrington
the role is an integral part of the business and the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk to ensure key items such as reactive maintenance administration is managed, delivered and relevant compliance is in place
line managed by one of the Directors, the person works with Contracts Manager, the Procurement team, Site Operatives and Apprentices, in addition to clients
the role does not have direct reports, though it does include supervisory oversight of the reactive maintenance site team in terms of location and project allocation
administer the 'Jobs Board' to ensure it reflects the current position at all times
