Responsibility
- continuously review and update reports, in particular fire and health and safety related documents
- actively participate in inputting and updating our buildings database and spreadsheets
- collate and audit building information for our management systems

- act as a secondary contact for our clients and residents, be customer focused and maintain and enhance our high reputation
- assist the responsible person to ensure buildings are compliant with fire and health and safety Legislation. You will be required to search and read through many documents and carry out additional research
- assist with monitoring of maintenance, repairs, improvements, scheduled works, decoration works carried out to our buildings
- keep up to date with Company progress and helping where required in upcoming schemes
- build and maintain client relationships to develop strong and lasting partnerships
- assist with ensuring works and all services are delivered against budget, managing purchase orders, invoices, contracts and any associated financial administration
- any other reasonable duty deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the office
- provide 24/7 Duty Property Management cover as part of a rota system
- assist the accounts department with producing key customer information such as budgets, financial commentaries and quarterly reports
- liaise with landlords, directors, residents, tenants, contractors and other parties to ensure all services are delivered to the highest standard and expectations are fully met

Requirements

- full UK driving licence required as the position will require you to visit premises and sites across the North West
- ability to work in a busy open plan office, as a positive team player, demonstrating mutual respect and integrity for others
