Responsibility
- check, process and record payments, administer invoices, code items to agreed budgets and action payments
- raise patients invoices and record and reconcile all receipts, coding items to agreed budgets
- to support the accounts payable function ensuring all invoices are processed and approved accurately and according to delegations of authority

- to raise and collect invoices and aged debt

Requirements
- good standard of general education
- accounting Technician qualification
- experience of book keeping using IDEAS or a similar finance software package
- excellent communication skills
- provide and receive complex information which may contain contentious and sensitive information
- experience of handling clients over phone or in writing in a polite manner
- numerate and willing to use IDEAS finance system
- basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
