Responsibility

  • in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless progress of our new homes sales process, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients
  • your responsibilities will encompass sales progression, property details management, client communications, customer reservations and choices appointments, market research, and supporting marketing campaigns
  • while marketing experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a strong process-driven mindset, outstanding attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering top-tier customer service
  • we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Homes Sales Support professional, working Monday to Friday inclusive from 8:45am to 6pm based in our Exeter branch
