Responsibility

  • assist with cover for the Distribution Driving Team during busy periods and holidays
  • to achieve optimum productivity levels in the warehouse operation, and to achieve agreed key performance indicators
  • allocate work to staff and measure performance to achieve completion of tasks
  • encourage and maintain a positive attitude and good working environment
  • manage the receipt of, and cross docking and onwards shipment of goods from NDC and VOW
  • management and Supervision of warehouse staff to ensure the delivery of the operational targets for the warehouse, are achieved on a daily and periodic basis
  • handling Shortages and Returns, checking of VOW Portal
  • booking in backorders
