Requirements
- strong Windows background
- strong Computer/hardware configuration and installation experience
- good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, setup
- excellent networking knowledge
- excellent knowledge of cyber security risks and mitigation techniques
- managed service provider: 2 years
- IT Support: 2 years
- at least 2 years' experience in an IT support environment with experience gained within a managed service provider/IT service environment is highly advantageous
