Responsibility

  • compassion First Home Care Ltd is a domiciliary care company, delivering care to adults in their own homes across the UK
  • we pride ourselves in delivering high quality care in the comfort of our customer's own home
  • provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • we are currently seeking a caring and compassionate domiciliary care assistant to join our team in Stratford upon Avon
  • assist clients with mobility and transfers, using equipment such as hoists and slings where necessary
  • administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • prepare and serve meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary requirements
  • carry out household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

Requirements

  • previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility and adaptability
  • A willingness to undergo training and development
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
