Responsibility

  • answer phone calls from customers who are looking for parts for there cars/ engines / tractors
  • use the TecDoc system to find the correct parts and advise customers on prices
  • prepare quotations including freight prices for both UK and Overseas clients
  • take payments over the phone ,note important despatch details and pass on to operations team
  • build relation with repeat buyers / garages and give them incentive to buy from our website
  • promote our products on social media platforms to increase visibility
  • previous Experience of Outward sales /Business development would be an added advantage

  • automotive / industrial engine parts knowledge and sales: 2 years
