Responsibility
- recruit, enrol and carry out initial assessments of learners
- develop learning plans in line with the apprenticeship standards
- deliver consistently good training and assessment within the curriculum through an effective variety of teaching and learning activities
- utilise existing materials and develop new materials to support the delivery of the apprenticeship
- develop individual learning plans with each learner
- participate in the planning and delivery of a range of programmes within the subject area to include short courses, full qualifications and apprenticeships
- provide one-to-one sessions to learners to respond to their learning needs and to supervise and direct their work-based learning
- carry out practical assessments, providing the relevant paperwork and record-keeping in compliance with the awarding body requirements

- delivering apprenticeships through virtual platforms: 1 year
- assessing and delivering apprenticeships: 2 years
- using APTEM Learning Management System: 1 year
