deputy care home manager
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- this is a dual role - office/field based
- supporting the coordinators with new packages and staff rotas
- on call duties - one evening per week and one weekend in four
- liaising with Social workers, Clients and their family
- completing care plans and reviews
- setting up new care packages
- carrying out spot checks
- assisting with recruitment
Requirements
- must have good experience and knowledge of the Care Industry, in a previous similar role in a domiciliary care setting
- the candidate will hold, or be working towards, a QCF/NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or preferably a level 5 qualification
- home Care Management: 2 years
