- liaise with the Operations Department to ensure timely deliveries
- follow the marketing program alongside the sales team
- maintain and update sales and customer records
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- strong communication skills both written and verbally
- understanding of sales performance metrics
- excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- ability to work under deadlines
- must be able to work on own initiative
