Responsibility

  • building surveys on residential and commercial properties of varying types
  • undertaking schedules of condition inspections and producing reports
  • party Wall instructions
  • acting on behalf of Landlords inspecting and serving dilapidations schedules
  • acting on behalf of Tenants inspecting properties and negotiating dilapidations schedules served by Landlords
  • undertaking Fire Insurance Valuations/Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • providing project feasibility advice to clients
  • understanding of the Construction Design and Management Regulations
