COMMERCIAL& is looking for employees for positions:

it support engineer

Responsibility

  • to provide 1st / 2nd Line support to clients via phone, email and remote sessions as part of a shift rotation
  • maintain 1st line support tickets correctly and keep the customer updated with progress every day
  • monitor 1st line support ticket queue ensuring incidents are actioned within SLA’s
  • develop existing customer relationships and build a rapport with new clients
  • flag high priority / urgent issues to the 1st & 2nd Line Team Leader
  • perform proactive maintenance using our in-house monitoring system
  • document procedures/processes and contribute to the knowledgebase
  • follow IT procedures e.g. ITIL and strictly complying with our policies

Requirements

  • A basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum

Responsibility

  • to service and maintain the machine fleet in line with the client’s requirements
  • to escalate any issues back to the office so that they can be rectified as early as feasibly possible
  • keep onsite stock levels maintained and up to date for the machines covered
  • provide preventative maintenance when required and plan these around normal daily EM calls
  • plan and self-manage your calendar in accordance with the jobs outstanding, and SLA’s. Producing regular reports to client management on status of all machines

Requirements

  • A competitive basic salary of £33,000 per annum

Responsibility

  • you will ensure all customer deliveries are successfully made with the consideration of using the most efficient route throughout London
  • maintain accurate delivery records including time of delivery, signature and name

  • support IT projects and activities, ensuring that IT systems are reliable and performant at all times
