support our customer experience in answering inbound calls & emails and handling customer queries
understand and support the Claims process, liaising with the Senior Claims Handler when appropriate
ensure that the full customer experience is a positive one by recommending and implementing enhanced process if appropriate – including making claims, policy cancellation
